Free standard shipping is offered within Canada for all orders over CA$100 (before taxes). For orders shipped to the USA, standard shipping fees apply at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will also receive an email update at each step of your order (Paid → In Preparation → Shipped → Delivered), sent to the address you provided at checkout.
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at contact@orelis-atelier.ca as soon as possible. We typically reply within 24–48 hours. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.
We accept returns within 14 days on full-price items only — sale items and custom orders are final sale. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are natural and are not considered defects. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a valid reason such as a manufacturing defect or an item arriving damaged.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Our earrings are handcrafted from premium polymer clay. Posts and ear wires are made from stainless steel (some with a gold-tone finish). Specific materials for each piece are listed on the individual product page — please review them before purchase.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean. Store in the provided pouch when not in use.
Some pieces are finished with a protective resin for added durability, while others are not. Please check the description on each product page for details. With proper care, your earrings will keep their colour beautifully.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a world-leading payment platform. Your card details are encrypted and we never store payment information on our servers.
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your payment is processed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
